Starting my artistic journey in 2002, I began with small sketches and scaled to large-scale portraits. My art is a highly-personal reflection of what intrigues me and what I believe to be of value.
Art should be of high quality and something that is deeply meaningful to those who purchase my work.
I believe in the value of a human soul~from conception to natural passing. That core belief is reflected again and again through each work. Celebrating the individual is what I aim to do with each portrait.
Vincent Van Gogh depicted the poor and the hard working with such intense beauty he lifted up their toil to priceless art of great honor.
Portraits are created on acid-free Sennelier paper imported from France. Prismacolor pastel sticks and charcoal make up the work.
