Service Description
Awaken your creativity with this in person group art session. *Therapeutic Art meets Neuroplasticity.* The healing benefits of art making are more deep reaching and long lasting than other treatments. Used in conjunction with therapy and or, support groups, art making can have long lasting healing effects *The Session* After (3) 5 minute practice sketches, we settle in for 45 minute long observational art making session. A peaceful session where the mind and body connect to create. Choose from watercolor, pastels, or charcoal for the art you want to create. ***All materials included.*** You keep the art as a keepsake to honor the commitment to self care and creativity.
